Seriously, i LOVE simple yet fun outings/gatherings. Once in a while, doing something different really feels good. Should just cut away all the cliche movie and shopping trips and add in more colourful activities.

A great day at Marina Barrage with the people of Lupin. Good to know when on photo, I look as if I am as young as them. Even though that means that I still look very boyish, at least I am still looking young. I rather the latter. Com'on, I am only 20! HAHA

ytd was our unit anniversary. somehow or another, i got arrowed to become the emcee for the whole event. to be frank, i am really not comfortable abt it. despite being damn busy and tired, we ended the event with a bang, i suppose. haha. went on for happy hours will my fellow commanders. i guess last night was one of the happiness night i encountered ever since i came into ns. probably this is what ppl call, the bond thats being forged through work, despite of all the differences. haha, though said before ord is going to be one of the best thing thats going to happen to me, the little not-wilingness to leave this relationship still lingers around.

My macbook have officially declared causality and now being hospitallised for further treatment. Guess it will be a matter of time whereby i will have to source for a new labby.

Today is the 3rd day of my 3 days off. To be frank, its freaking boring. As usual, managed to get away from the routine camp life but got stuck at home doing nothing. Too bad its freaking weekdays. Its always time like this makes me want to fast forward my life. Nevertheless, I know that it is going to end soon.

Getting very lazy over my so called 'tuition initiative'. I will have to confess that I really find it a chore to look for student and I am too stingy to put in money to invest in it. In addition, handling it alone is quite hard due to the fact that I have limited access to internet during the weekdays. Probably it will only take off after I finish serving or probably it will just end off like tat.

Took some time here and there to think about my jc life. I guess want people say is true, when u are out of it and look at it at a different point of view, everything seems to be clearer. Throughout my JC life, i really did a lot of stupid things that i deemed as 'the right thing'. At some point of time, i let my emotion controlled me and mismanaged the situation when i clearly know that i could have done it better. There is even a period when i though love has come knocking on my door, only to open it and find out that its all a dream. Its not that simple after all. Like what i always tell my army mates, when come to relationship, i am totally screwed.

a short 2 years of jc but it has changed me to who am i now. army do change people but i guess it will not be as drastic as what jc has did to me. 3-4 years of uni, what will happen? no one knows. I shall just continue to look forward to ORD and to the last phase of my education life.

haha. i know there is no point talking about all these now, after all, what's important is the process, the realization.

Forever

By the definition of Dictionary.com, it means 'without ever ending, eternally'. To most people in this very real and practical world, it may just represents a term that only shows it's true meaning in the dictionary, a term that already cease to exist in our lives.

For me, i think i will choose to believe in it.

Excitement

For now, i think i just lost the ability of understanding and feeling 'Excitement'. Today, while walking around, i was thinking. Who will be the person who i will see now and feel excited? Anyone will do. The conclusion is, for the first time i guess, there is no such person right now. Someone, someone want to teach me what is 'Excitement' again?

Ya, i know many things are up to me, how i think about it but, not everything can just be solved by ' its all up to yourself!'

Anyway, i went to watch the 3 Kingdoms today. It just amazes me that how war can build up relationships and at the same time, crush them. Isn't it amazing to see how human beings willing to give up everything including their own lives, for the country, the king, the homeland, the peace they longed for. I know it is just a show but, i am very sure that back in the past, such people do exist and they still do now. It is fortunate for us to live in such peaceful times but at the same time, it is a pity as well.

Its not that i don't want to play sport games, i just like to play the different games from people.
I love swimming, ice skating, roller blading, cycling, badminton and more. Not that i don't play them but its hard for me to find people who love them as well.

stop thinking that by not really loving soccer or bball, i am not a normal active guy.
stop asking me to change on that part, cos i am very comfortable with the current state now.

hmm, i spent my whole yesterday at home, trying to finish this whole show. I chiong until this morning 8am to finish the show. Haha, nice show i should say. Whats more, there is a happy ending! and i love happy endings!

Why do i like to see happy endings on shows and tv? Cos there isn't many happy endings for us to see in real life. Seeing them on tv and shows remind me that they do exist. They give me hope and encouragement to work towards one, not just for me, but for as many people as possible.

went to help out at NY sports carnival today. Ok, me and mervis were trying to help but in the end, nothing much is done as there is really nothing much to help.

after that, went lunch with mer, angie, mr seq and mr lim. omg, its super nice! We talked from 12+ to 4+. This is what i call a nice and productive chat. Yea man, i like this kind of thing, do nothing and talk with substance.

I am so going to max out my remaining time as a civilian, doing meaningful and enjoyable stuffs, spending my time with the people i want to spend with.

oh, something to announce. Yesterday, SMU School of Social Science called me and tell me that i am selected for an interview. The bad thing is, Social Science is my 3rd choice. This means that i can no longer get into SMU Business School. =(

But nvm, i will just do my best during the interview and just get my place first. Yea!
